terrible staff

La Quinta in Centralia is a real treat, if you enjoy sealed windows and terrible thermostats. A pleasant night meant listening to my neighbors' stardom from their loud convos. I woudl ve been thrilled to receive a complimentary snack, but apparently, only rude staff are on the menu. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

poor access

awkward layout

The access is confusing since you can’t enter from Mellen, which needs mapping updates!!! The bathrooms near the pool are awkwardly placed, making it inconvenient to access them without getting locked out!!! A hot tub would significantly enhance the experience!!!

I loved the cleanliness and modern feel of my room, and the super comfy beds made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had plenty of delicious options, but finding the bathrooms near the pool was a bit tricky. I’d definitely stay again!
